Pay for your order

Your organizer decides which payment methods to accept. Checkout only shows the ones they have turned on.

Pay online

• Credit card: Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
• Bank account (ACH): a US checking or savings account.

After you submit, the Payment step shows the amount Due now. Enter your details and select Pay now. Your booth stays held while you pay. Card details go to the show's payment provider and are never stored by Map D.

Some organizers use a secure payment page run by their provider, such as Stripe or PayPal. In that case you are sent there to pay and then brought back.

Pay offline

Your organizer may accept check ("By mail"), wire ("International bank wire") or invoice ("Pay later option"), under their own names.

When you choose one, checkout shows your organizer's payment instructions, the amount due and a Payment memo to include with your payment. Use Copy instructions to keep a copy. After you submit:

• Your order is confirmed and your booth is reserved for you.
• You receive a confirmation email with your invoice attached as a PDF.
• Your organizer records the payment when it arrives. Until then, your order shows as awaiting offline payment.

Deposits

If your organizer takes a deposit, you pay part of the total now and the rest by a due date, which is shown at checkout and in your confirmation email. Unless your organizer turned reminders off, you get an email with a link to pay the rest a few days before the balance is due. See Pay an open balance.

Fees

Any service fee is shown as its own line in your order summary before you pay.

Insurance step

If your show asks for liability insurance, a Protect your booth step appears after you submit. Upload a certificate you already have, buy a policy, or select I'll do this later. It never stops you from finishing your order. You can also do it later from your exhibitor portal. See Insurance and your certificate of insurance.
