Messages from your profile's contact form

How visitors contact you from your profile, and where their messages arrive.

If your show offers it, visitors can message you straight from your profile on the Homebase. Map D emails each message to you.

Where visitors find the form

On your public profile, visitors open the Contact Us tab and fill in the Inquiries Form: their name, email and message, plus optional title, organization and phone. The form appears when your organizer has turned it on and your profile includes Exhibitor Plus.

Attendees using the event's mobile app can send you the same form from your profile in the app, with their details filled in when they've signed in.

To keep spam out, each network and each exhibitor can only receive so many inquiries in a short time. Someone who sends too many is asked to try again later.

How messages reach you

Each inquiry arrives as an email with the subject New inquiry from followed by the visitor's name. It goes to your profile's public contact email, or to your company's main email if that is empty.

Reply to the email as usual: your reply goes straight to the visitor.

Not receiving inquiries

  • Check your spam or junk folder for "New inquiry from".
  • Check the contact email on your profile. See Edit your company profile.
  • Ask your show organizer whether the contact form is turned on for your show.
